Delivery policy

This is our delivery area:

Thank you for choosing Kitchenette. We are committed to providing you with timely and reliable delivery of your orders. This delivery policy explains our delivery process and policies.

  1. Delivery Areas: We currently deliver only in Santa Barbara area from Goleta to Summerland. If you live outside of these areas, we cannot deliver to you at this time. Please contact us at hello@getkitchenette.com for more information.

  2. Delivery Times: We deliver on Sundays and Wednesdays from 12-4pm. We do not currently offer delivery on holidays.

  3. Delivery Fees: We have a flat delivery fee of $7. 

  4. Delivery Process: Once you place your order, we will prepare your items and schedule your delivery. We will send you a confirmation email with the delivery date and time. On the day of delivery, we will send you a notification when our driver is on their way.

  5. Delivery Instructions: If you have any special delivery instructions, please provide them at the time of purchase. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee that we will be able to follow all instructions.

  6. Delivery Confirmation: After delivery, our driver will leave your items at the delivery address you provided. If no one is available to receive the delivery, our driver may leave the items at the doorstep or in a designated safe location. We will send you a delivery confirmation email with a photo of the delivered items.

  7. Delivery Issues: If you have any issues with your delivery, such as missing or damaged items, please contact us at hello@getkitchenette.com within 24 hours of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

  8. Changes to Delivery Policy: We reserve the right to modify or update this delivery policy at any time. We will post the updated policy on our website and notify you by email or through other means of communication.
